We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This inspection policy applies to both factory direct and dealer sales. Product damaged through negligence or misuse by the customer is not covered. We do not pay for expedited shipping. Inspect all products immediately upon delivery, even if it is not going to be used right away.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. “New/Unused Condition” is defined as a product that is in the same condition as when it was shipped. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of delivery.  If manufacturer packaging must be damaged to access the item (e.g. crimped/sealed packaging), the item will no longer be considered New/Unused and will not be eligible to return.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT SENT TO US WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. To start a return you can contact us HERE. Tampering with or altering the unit will void the warranty. Any unauthorized service will void the warranty. The original sales receipt must be produced for any warranty service and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service at [email protected] prior to returning the product.
Upon RA approval, you can send items back to us at the address below using any other method that can provide tracking to prove the shipment.Â

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
We do not accept COD returns. Packages will be refused and sent back to the originator.
We will not refund the cost of a customer-purchased shipping label. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded/credited. Shipping Fees applied to addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states will NOT be refunded, credited, or waived for product Orders, Returns, Exchanges, or Warranty applications.
Hardcore™ does not accept returns on gift cards, closeouts, or sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
